Neo is an ex-guardian angel sent down from the 7th layer of HEAVENWURLD. She's very well-meaning, but her clumsiness and airheaded nature tend to cause problems. After several accidents, she decided she was unfit for her job and is now seeking a new purpose in life.

Despite her quirks, she has quickly become accustomed to Earth. Her favorite pastimes include eating candy and playing with toys. Sometimes she misses HEAVENWURLD, but nothing beats an earthly chunk of fairy floss.
